The apartment is situated on the Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort, Sucina, Murcia (Costa Calida) in mainland Spain. The self-catering apartment has been stylishly renovated and contains everything you need to make sure you have a comfortable and relaxing holiday.
Low-cost airlines fly to the newly built Murcia-San Javier Airport (approx. 20 min drive) or Alicante Airport (60 min drive). There are plenty of choices for car rental at the airport or via a short courtesy shuttle bus. Car hire is essential to get around both the resort and the area and the apartment comes with free parking.
The resort is maintained to a high standard and with 24-hour security. The 18-hole golf course at El Valle was designed by Jack Nicklaus. There are also golf practice facilities (driving range and putting green), a Club House and Golf Shop. In addition, tennis courts, padel courts and a gym.
There are children’s play areas, a small supermarket with all essential provisions. At the centre of the resort, you will find the El Cason restaurant and bar that offers informal dining, serving an extensive menu at a reasonable price, a well-stocked bar plus weekly entertainment.
