Are you retiring soon? Your membership will automatically renew. You will be sent an email with details of how you can opt out of this if you wish. Please update your details if they have changed.
If your details have changed i.e.. contact details, beneficiary details etc… Simply complete and return the Application Form to our main office or email it to info@lfbwelfarefund.com
Also, Welfare Fund members can claim back the cost of the room hire for their “do” by completing the form & returning it to your Area Secretary
